I know how you’re feeling, contemplating getting a permanent makeup treatment, whether it be brows, lips, or liner, can be a daunting experience.

There is absolutely no obligation to book afterwards, no haggling sales pitch, just honesty. And one thing I can promise you, if I don’t think you are right for permanent makeup, I will 100% tell you. I have on more than one occasion, turned ladies away who really don’t need the treatment doing, usually they already have amazing brows, and are more suited to HD Brows or tints and tidies.
I’m not one of those ladies, I’ve never had great brows, well not since I started having them tattooed, nearly nine years ago, and I’ve never looked back. It gave me a real confidence boost and I don’t feel bare, even without makeup on.
Let me talk you through what will happen at the consultation:
After a warm welcome and introductions, you get to see the clinic. You will see how spotless everything is, and that all the equipment used during a treatment is single use only. I explain the whole process in detail. Explaining what would happen before you come, during and even what aftercare you would receive and must follow. I will show you the pigments I use, and together we will pick a colour that’s right for you. You’ll get to ask any questions you want. If you feel you would like to know a little more, I can draw the brows on for you so that you can get a realistic idea of how they would look finished. We would also carry out a patch test to ensure you are safe for the procedure.
We all have our own individual styles, certain ways we like to look, how we dress, have our hair styled or wear our makeup, but for me, less is always more. It’s an ethos I started when I began my career in permanent makeup many years ago, and I still stand by it now.
I believe in creating a bespoke design that is as natural as possible. I consider your age, your face shape, skin type and tone. I look at the way you dress and ask questions about your lifestyle so I can find out a little more about you. I’m aiming for a style that will compliment your everyday life and restore any lost confidence you may have in your appearance.
Permanent Makeup treatments are for almost everyone. Will it ever replace real hair? No, of course not, but in my opinion it’s the next best thing. It doesn’t have to be big and bold. It can be subtle, so much so that people may not even notice it’s a tattoo. Pigments are blended to mimic your own brow hair, or hair colour. I certainly don’t want your brows to walk into the room before you!
