So far August and September have turned out to be very busy months. After intense training, I officially qualified with Nouveau Contour as a Professional Permanent Cosmetics Artist – the hard work paid off!
I also spent a very interesting day at the Professional Beauty North Showcase Exhibition. This annual showcase, which takes place in Manchester, was the perfect opportunity for me to network and keep up to date with the very latest permanent cosmetic technology, pigments and trends.
I spent most of my time on the Nouveau Contour stand, watching the Elite Team provide treatments to some very lucky clients, and I also took the opportunity to purchase new lip pigments by industry leader and Nouveau Contour MD, Karen Betts. Her KB Professional range is incredible and I can’t wait to start using the products.
To round it all off, this week I’ll be spending most of my time in Milton Keynes, undertaking the next level of training with Nouveau Contour. I’ll be developing and perfecting the skills I’ve already learned, so watch this space! I’m so excited and will let you know how I got on in the coming weeks. x
